Insomnia is a most common problem in today’s world. It may occur due to many reasons. Some of are depression, stresses, using gadgets till late night, not doing physical exercises, leading an indisciplined daily life.
So, what are the solutions to this problem?
OK, let me say, you may thinking of stop using gadgets before mid-night, leading a disciplined life and many more.
I also agree with these ideas. But how many of you thought about Yoga?
I know many of you have this idea. But those who do not know that Yoga can be a solution to insomnia, this article is for them. In this article, I will show 3 yoga poses for good sleep.
Before learning the yoga poses, let’s know how yoga works to good sleep.
As above I have told insomnia caused by stress, depression, anxiety, indisciplined daily routine etc. Yoga poses to deal with all of them. There are some special yoga exercises only for those problems.
Yoga’s main theme is relaxation, meditation, mental refreshment, and exercises. All these are the solution of insomnia. It also improves moods.
N.B. Yoga is not the only solution to this problem. There are lots of solutions.
Now It is the time to learn 3 Yoga poses for good sleep
1. Child’s Pose:
Procedure:
- At first, make your big toes join together.
- Then sit on your heels and wide your knees.
- Now bend down and put your forehead on the floor.
- Extend your arms forward. Breathe inhale and exhale.
2. Legs Up All The Wall Pose:
Procedure:
- Lie down facing upward beside a wall.
- Now extend your legs against the wall.
3. Reclining Goddess Pose:
Procedure:
- Lie down on a mat and set the soul of your feet together.
- Make your knees apart from each other and relax.
All these 3 yoga poses for good sleep and relaxation. Anyone having depression, anxiety or any problem like these easily can do the yoga poses. It also helps mother yoga.
