Yoga For Moms – A Simple But Definitive Guide

Mother!!! It is not only a word. Mother is a sum of great virtues such as patient, empowerment, hardworking, forgiveness, mistakes etc. So, a mother always has some stress or mental pressure. Yoga for moms is a proven term in daily life. If you are a mom, you should start yoga.

Yoga for moms helps a mom:

There are different yoga exercises for different reasons. Most of them are correlated. In this article, I will share some very simple exercises for you on the above points from my experience.


1. Bridge Pose:


Procedure:



  • Lie on your back and your feet should be your hip-width distance.
  • Now you lift up your tailbone
  • Then put your fingertips underneath and interlace your palms and give pressure on the floor.
  • Now breathe inhale and exhale. This is how a bridge pose is done.

  • Improves blood circulation
  • Increase strengths of back, buttock, and hamstrings
  • Reduce stress and depression



2. Cobra Pose:


Procedure:


  • Lie on your face down
  • Press down on your hands and slowly start to forward and up your chest.
  • Start to broaden your collarbone and roll your shoulder back and down.

  • Strengthen muscles of arm and shoulder
  • Makes your body more flexible
  • Improves moods


3. Corpse Pose:


Procedure:


  • Lie down on your back in a quiet place
  • Legs should be little apart from each other
  • Close your eyes, relax and breathe inhale and exhale.




Benefits:


  • Mind relaxation
  • Improve mental health
  • Helps to become patient

Yoga helps to improve our daily health, fitness, anxiety. As I have told above a mother has to go through a lot of pressure, depression, and stresses it is better to start practicing yoga for moms.
